Officially launched on May 2, 2009, RunCarolina.com’s primary vision is to provide a one-stop resource to providing smaller running and walking events in the Carolinas. As a new runner eager to find events in my area, it was somewhat frustrating to have to visit multiple websites only to find that I missed an event that I would of liked to enter. So I decided to create this website. Listings are free and this website is paid for by sponsors and advertisers. While we focus on the smaller events (less than 300 participants), any size event is accepted.

Advertising/Sponsorship
Since RunCarolina is just starting out, we are currently offering special rates until we build up our visitor base:
- Home Page Ad (120 x 90 pixel)
Position is first come, first serve. No animated ads. GIF or JPG.
$10 per month if prepaid for 6 months or $12 per month if prepay for 3 months.
Only $5 per month until 2010 (or until ad spaces run out)!
Payments can be made via Paypal or Google checkout. - Featured Event
First come, first serve. $20/week (max 6 weeks). Non-profit charity races are free if space is available.
